Kitchen Manager - On the Rocks

We are looking for a Kitchen manager to join our well-established, popular, restaurant in Yarmouth.

We pride ourselves on being Yarmouth’s one and only hot stone steakhouse and seafood grill, with an ethos of trying to use as much local produce and supporting local suppliers as we can.

We are looking for energetic / bubbly team members who have a real passion for hospitality and customer service to ensure that our guests are having a wonderful time.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone to be part of our team to help shape the future of our highly respected restaurant.

Qualifications
  • Experience in managing a kitchen essential with specific attention to paperwork, high hygiene standards and training.
  • Excellent team player.
  • Excellent organisational skills and a positive and proactive attitude
  • Basic knowledge of food safety - Level 2 minimum. Will provide refresher training for successful candidate and will also provide level 3 training.
  • Ability to work as a team and work on your own.
  • Experiencein Food safety practises including stock rotation, dates, cleanliness and handling
  • Work well under pressure and keep a cool head at all times.
