Toby Carvery - Highnam is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen, inspiring the team and ensuring every dish meets the highest standards.

You will manage all kitchen operations, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and ensure strict compliance with health and hygiene regulations while working with a branded menu and enjoying many staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a kitchen team.
• Experience managing food ordering, prep, and stock control.
• Understanding of health and hygiene regulations in a busy kitchen.
