Job summary

Toby Carvery - Bessacarr is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen, inspiring a team and ensuring every plate is of the highest standard. This role sits within the Innkeepers Collection with a hotel attached and will support hotel operations as part of the business.

As Head Chef you’ll train your team, manage stock and ordering, work within a branded menu, and ensure strict health and hygiene standards are met to deliver great guest experiences.

• Drive targets with your team to boost sales and guest satisfaction.
• Kitchen management: food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Work with a branded menu and ensure compliance with health and hygiene regulations.

Job description

As Head Chef at Toby Carvery - Bessacarr you'll lead the way in creating a kitchen to be proud of. You’ll be inspiring your team, instilling the passion that ensures all the food that leaves the kitchen is of the highest standard. Managing all areas of the kitchen, you’ll keep our guests coming back for more. This business is part of our Innkeepers Collection with a 25 room hotel attached, and therefore Management roles will support the hotel as part of the business.
