  • Restaurant / hospitality experience.
  • Proven track record of leading teams to success.
  • Strong financial skills and ability to manage audits and due diligence.
  • Ability and skill to manage budgets, labour controls and forecasting.
  • Strong commercial acumen that enables you to drive sales and deliver business results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think fast.
  • Great communication skills that allow you to lead and inspire a team and delight our guests.

Overview

While reporting to the General Manager, you will lead all aspects of kitchen operations for the store. Your key duties include leading and inspiring the kitchen team and taking full responsibility for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operation and performance, including People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety, and Property. Ensure TGI Friday's standards are maintained and the kitchen delivers targets through a People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence Strategy.
