Job summary

Tops Day Nurseries is seeking a skilled Catering Manager to oversee our catering hubs across multiple sites in the Wimborne area. You’ll lead the team, plan nutritious menus, manage supplier relationships, and ensure budgets are met while upholding high standards of safety and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Catering Manager or Executive Chef in a high-volume or multi-site environment.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Passion for healthy, sustainable food and the creativity to deliver it.
• Track record in budget management and supplier relationship building.
• Project management experience for innovative catering initiatives.
• Willingness to undertake CPD.
• Desirable: Level 4 Food Hygiene (or willingness to complete).

About The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee our catering hubs, inspire your team, and bring creativity to menu planning and food presentation.
