  • Managing, leading and inspiring the Restaurant team to provide an excellent, high-quality quality delicious food and a superb customer service, consistently.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and develop new and current team members.
  • Be responsible for the business performance of your restaurant.
  • Ensure your restaurant is safe, legal and compliant by delivering the highest of food safety and health & safety standards at all times.
