The Job

We are looking for someone to help run the kitchen. Your sole responsibility will be the kitchen but on quieter days you will have the ability to help on the games floor and the bar.

We are looking for someone with a passion for creating new ideas and delivering great standards. Our menu hasnt got a Michelin star but its tasty and fresh!

Job description / requirements
  • At least 2 years experience in a Kitchen
  • To run any kitchen section to the required standards.
  • To ensure all preparation of the designated section is complete and ready for each service
  • Ensure good stock and waste control is practised
  • Be responsible for the quality control of stock and prepared foods
  • Execute cooking to the expected high standard quickly and efficiently
  • Ensure the cleanliness hygiene and organisation of designated section
  • Support the management team delivering required standard of food
  • Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times and seek to improve and advance your skill set and performance
  • To ensure that all duties are carried out in accordance with statutory and / or Group Health and Safety requirements including food hygiene regulations.
  • To support your team mates at peak times and to undertake any operational duty which might be reasonably required to ensure guest expectations are met
  • To participate constructively in performance reviews with the Manager and to work towards objectives / goals set by the Manager and to improve any areas of performance felt necessary by the Manager in order to maintain an excellent level of service to guests
