Job summary

Pret Cambridge Market St in Cambridge is hiring enthusiastic Kitchen Leaders to train and coach a dedicated team, ensuring delicious food is prepared for customers. You’ll help manage shifts, working alongside Store Managers as a key back-of-house leader and role model.

Full-time position (35+ hours) with early start times (6am). Training Academy and clear progression to management opportunities are offered, plus attractive perks such as meals, discounts, and recognition bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience leading kitchen teams.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Comfortable working early hours and high-pressure shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support, train and coach team members to produce great food.

We are looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Leaders who support, train and coach our lovely team members to consistently produce delicious food for our customers to enjoy at !

Our leaders are essential to the smooth running of the shift and take ownership to guarantee the success of our stores alongside with our Managers, being the eyes and ears for the back of house operations
Full time 35 hours +, start shift 6 am . Shifts 6 am -2pm or 6 am -3 pm

You will also gain relevant skills and knowledge that can lead to management opportunities – all supported by our Training Academy
