Eastlands Venue Services Limited is seeking a Kitchen Lead for The Residency at Etihad Stadium. You will drive culinary excellence and lead the kitchen during service, ensuring every plate meets Michelin-inspired standards and consistent presentation.

Working with the Chef Manager, you will develop the brigade, mentor junior chefs, and deliver an exceptional end-to-end guest journey in a unique hospitality concept.

Qualifications

• The candidate has led a kitchen brigade in a premium setting.
• Experience delivering high standards in service and presentation.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen rules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the brigade during preparation and service to maintain high standards.
• Support Chef Manager with daily operations and service delivery.
• Coach and develop junior chefs, providing feedback.
