Heritage Portfolio in Leith, Edinburgh, is seeking dedicated Kitchen Porters to join our central production kitchen team. You will help maintain a clean, safe working environment and support busy kitchen operations.

You’ll follow cleaning schedules, manage chemicals and equipment, and uphold high standards of hygiene and food safety as part of a supportive crew led by the Executive Chef. Casual hours and development opportunities are included.

• Maintain kitchen and back of house cleanliness per food hygiene regulations.
• Complete and sign daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals and equipment are adequate, safe, and cost-effective.
• Adhere to food safety and health and safety policies.
• Strive for higher cleanliness standards.
• Assist Exec chef, Sous chefs, Kitchen Manager, CPU operations Manager as needed.
