Kitchen Fitters - Walsall, Birmingham & Coventry

Start: ASAP | Duration: 4 Months (potential extension)

We are seeking experienced Kitchen Fitters / Carpenter Joiners to join our team for ongoing refurbishment and fit-out projects across Birmingham and Coventry. This is an immediate-start opportunity with secure work through to the end of March, with the possibility of continuing beyond this.

The Role

You will be working on a range of kitchen installations within refurbishment and maintenance settings, carrying out both first and second fix joinery tasks. Projects span multiple sectors and offer a varied, rewarding workload as part of a skilled, professional team.

Key Responsibilities

• Full kitchen fitting and installation
• First and second fix joinery on refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Fitting doors, frames, skirting, architraves, window boards & flooring
• Partitioning, boxing-in, and general carpentry repairs
• Installing ironmongery and completing any required adjustments
• Delivering work to a high standard, on schedule, and in line with site safety requirements
• Working independently or within a team, communicating effectively with supervisors, clients, and other trades
• Maintaining tools and a clean, safe working area

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent/time-served)
• Proven experience in refurbishment, fit-out, or maintenance work (not new build)
• Competent in both first and second fix joinery and full kitchen fitting
• CSCS card preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Walsall, Birmingham & Coventry
• Strong eye for detail and high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work safely, efficiently, and with minimal supervision
