4Way Recruitment is partnering with an established fire safety business to recruit a Kitchen Fire Suppression Sales Manager in the United Kingdom. The role offers a base salary up to £50,000 per annum, plus commission, and includes a company car and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

You will develop sales strategies across servicing, maintenance, and new installations, secure new business, and manage a self-driven pipeline while collaborating with operations, engineering and compliance teams

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or business development.
• Experience in fire protection or kitchen fire suppression.
• Strong negotiation and relationship skills.
• Ability to manage a self-directed pipeline.
• Commercial awareness and financial acumen.

Responsabilités

• Developing and executing sales strategies to hit revenue targets across servicing, maintenance, remedial works and new installations.
• Identifying and securing new business across hospitality, education, healthcare, leisure, food production and facilities management sectors.
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through networking and referrals.
• Preparing proposals, quotations and tenders, and leading commercial negotiations to close.
• Developing long-term relationships with existing customers to maximise retention and growth.
• Collaborating with operations, engineering and compliance teams to ensure delivery of customer commitments.
• Managing accurate sales forecasting, pipeline reporting and margin performance for senior leadership.
• Attending industry events to build the company profile and generate leads.
• Staying up-to-date on fire safety legislation and insurance requirements relevant to commercial kitchens.
