Job summary

KBB Recruitment are representing a well-established kitchen retail business in Hull. We are seeking a Kitchen Designer to design inspirational and functional kitchens while driving sales and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

£25,000 - £30,000 basic salary depending on experience, with uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000+. The role offers ongoing training, development, and clear career progression within a supportive environment.

• Previous experience in kitchen design and kitchen sales.
• Strong sales ability with a proven track record of achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from initial enquiry through to order placement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
