We are seeking a talented and creative Kitchen Designer to join an exceptional team in High Wycombe. Our client is part of a respected luxury brand, you’ll have the opportunity to work with premium products, high-end clients, and stunning design concepts that set the standard in modern living. This is a fantastic role for someone who is passionate about design, customer experience, and delivering excellence in every project.

Full time perminant position working Tuesday - Saturday 10pm - 6pm, paying £26,000 plus 3% uncapped commission on sale. Must have a driving license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create bespoke luxury kitchen designs tailored to each client’s lifestyle, taste, and budget.
  • Conduct in-depth design consultations, both in-showroom and on-site.
  • Produce detailed plans, 3D visuals, and specifications using industry-standard design software, Ideally Winner.
  • Guide clients through the full design journey from concept to completion ensuring an exceptional and seamless experience.
  • Collaborate closely with installers, suppliers, and project teams to ensure accuracy and flawless execution.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all luxury ranges and materials.
  • Meet sales targets while consistently upholding the brand’s premium standards.
