What You'll Be Doing

• Meeting customers in‑store to understand their requirements
• Taking accurate measurements and creating bespoke kitchen designs
• Using CAD software to produce high‑quality fitted kitchen and bedroom layouts
• Advising on style, finishes, product choices, and practical solutions
• Preparing quotes and processing orders using supplier portals
• Managing the full customer journey—from first enquiry through to installation
• Coordinating with fitters to ensure seamless project completion
• Converting enquiries into sales and meeting performance targets
• Collaborating with the design team and reporting to senior managers

Qualifications

• Proven kitchen design experience (essential)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• CAD proficiency (Compusoft/Winner or similar)

• Confident working across two locations
• Full UK driving licence
