  • Complete detailed plan checks for orders.

Kitchen Design Surveyor
  • Annual Salary:£28,250plus up to £8,000 in annual bonus
  • Location:Field Based around Basingstoke
  • Job Type:Permanent

Join a leading kitchen retailer as a Kitchen Design Surveyor. We are passionate about kitchens and our people, and we're looking for incredible individuals to continue our success story. This role involves ensuring the highest standards in kitchen design and installation, enhancing customer experience through meticulous planning and auditing.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Complete detailed plan checks for orders to identify potential installation or product issues that could impact the installation process and customer experience.
  • Review all orders prior to checking to ensure measurements are accurately documented; arrange appointments for measurements if discrepancies are found.
  • Provide constructive feedback to designers following a plan check, addressing any errors identified.
  • Audit compliance documentation uploaded from the showroom to ensure standards are being met.
  • Coach and develop the design team by reviewing orders with them to highlight areas for improvement.
  • Visit customers' properties to complete home surveys and highlight any potential installation or access issues.
  • Support error reduction by managing weekly reports highlighting potential future issues.
  • Maintain company-provided van and surveying equipment to the required standard.
  • Note: The role includes evening and weekend work, working 5 days out of 7.
