Job summary

Magnet Reading Showroom is seeking a Kitchen Sales Designer to own the full customer journey from initial showroom conversation to final installation, crafting tailored kitchen designs while delivering an exceptional experience that builds trust and converts into sales.

You’ll drive conversions, manage pipelines, conduct home visits and upsell opportunities, all while meeting sales targets and protecting margin. Training and progression are emphasised as part of our industry-leading approach.

Qualifications

• Experience meeting sales targets or KPIs.
• Proven ability to close sales.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Willingness to work weekends.

Responsibilities
