Howdens is recruiting Kitchen Sales Designers to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. No prior design experience required; we provide comprehensive training to create exceptional kitchens for our trade customers and their clients.

You will drive sales, build trusted relationships, and deliver outstanding customer service throughout projects while conducting home visits to understand client needs and negotiate prices with margin and design integrity. Training and career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Results-driven with sales targets
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers and clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong attention to detail
• CAD skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and profit by meeting depot targets
• Build strong customer relationships through design support
• Deliver exceptional service throughout projects
• Conduct home visits to measure and assess client needs
