Job summary

Howdens Joinery Limited is seeking a proactive Kitchen Sales Designer to drive depot sales and deliver design-led customer service. You will support trade customers, visit homes for measurements, and provide confident product recommendations with strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience hitting sales targets and KPIs.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with trade customers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
• Attention to detail and good design eye.
• CAD skills are preferred; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Driving sales performance to achieve depot targets.
• Building strong customer relationships through professional design support.
• Delivering excellent customer service throughout the project life cycle.
• Conducting home visits to measure and understand clients’ needs.
• Negotiating prices while protecting margin and design integrity.
• Creating inspirational, practical designs using strong product knowledge.
