Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present food to the correct spec.
• Operate kitchen work stations, including grills, fryers and microwaves.
• Work as a team to keep to time and quality targets.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen, health and safety standards.
• Clean as you go and perform full kitchen clean-downs.
• Rotate stock and store food safely.
• Complete induction and ongoing refresher training.
