The role requires experience in premium joinery, attention to detail, and the ability to work from CAD plans. Full-time hours with potential overtime, salary 30–35k DOE, on-site in Newark.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-end kitchen or furniture joinery.
• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and cutting lists.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture and assemble bespoke kitchen units, cabinets, and furniture to exact specifications.
• Read and interpret detailed technical drawings and cutting lists.
• Use woodworking machinery and hand tools to craft high-quality pieces.
• Work with premium materials such as solid wood, veneers, MDF, and laminates.
• Ensure all work meets the highest quality standards before installation.
• Collaborate with designers and workshop staff to troubleshoot and refine designs.
• Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training where necessary.
