Job summary

Travelodge Hotels (UK) is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Bar Cafe Team Member for Travelodge Thurrock Lakeside. You will work 8 hours per week across 2 days, including weekends, with shifts between 17:00 and 22:30.

You’ll serve alcohol, work in the bar and kitchen, and help on the dining floor, with overtime available. Benefits include 50% discounts on rooms plus food/drink, family discounts, a Travelodge voucher on each work anniversary, an employer pension, and retailer discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Able to work across bar, kitchen and restaurant areas.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, promote and upsell food and drinks.
• Serve drinks at the bar and assist in the kitchen.
• Take orders and clear/clean tables across dining and bar areas.

Job description

Come and join our amazing team at Travelodge Thurrock Lakeside as a Kitchen Bar Cafe Team Member on a Part Time contract. Contracted for 8 hours per week 2 days out of 7, this position will include some weekends. General shift times range between 17:00-21:00, 18:00-22:30 and 17:00-22:30. Please note you will need to serve alcohol as the successful candidate will work on the Bar, in the Kitchen cooking and on the restaurant floor serving food and clearing/cleanin tables. Overtime is available.
