Job summary

Legends Global is recruiting casual Kitchen Assistants and Porters to support Vaillant Live, a new events venue hosting concerts, conferences and sports. You will help prepare food, keep areas clean, and assist with setup and breakdown during events, delivering high-quality guest experiences.

We offer flexible shifts, paid every two weeks, and a competitive rate of pay. This casual, event-based role is ideal for team players who can work evenings, weekends and holidays around the event schedule.

Vaillant Live is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a brand-new venue from the ground up.

About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Kitchen Assistants and Porters to deliver outstanding culinary experiences to our guests. Whether you're preparing dishes, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, or bringing creativity to the kitchen. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare any food and snacks sold in the location you are working in.
• Maintaining a clean and organised area, including quickly responding to spills and other health and safety hazards
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of food and beverage areas before and after events.
• Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times
