Compass Group UK&I – ESS is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant in Tilshead (Salisbury). This full-time role is contracted to 35 hours per week and offers progression within a company that values its people, its food, and its service.

You will prepare meals, maintain cleanliness, operate kitchen equipment safely, and support deliveries. The position requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work shifts in a Defence catering environment.

Kitchen Assistant - Tilshead Salisbury

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant who will be the heart of our operation for Defence on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.
