Café Rouge in the United Kingdom is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to join our team and help keep a busy kitchen running smoothly. You’ll be a valued member, assisting with food prep and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

You’ll unload deliveries, sanitise surfaces, keep fridges and storage tidy, and support chefs with peeling and washing. Benefits include staff discounts, free meals on shift, and access to our We Care wellbeing programs.

Qualifications

• Cleaning and sanitising all areas used for meal preparation, along with ovens, grills, sinks and stoves
• Unloading food and equipment deliveries & ensuring they are stored in the right areas.
• Making sure that work surfaces, floors, and walls are clean and sanitised.
• Helping the chefs with food preparation such as peeling and washing
• Keeping freezers, fridges, storage and back of house area clean and organised.
