Job summary

SSP Group is hiring a Kitchen Assistant for the Kissing Gate at Liverpool Airport. You will be part of a busy food service team, helping with accurate cooking and presentation to spec, and assisting across shift times from 2am to 11pm.

The role offers full-time/part-time hours, extra pay for night hours (£14.63 per hour), opportunities for tips and discounts, and award-winning training. Previous kitchen experience desirable; uniform and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• 5 years of references and a Criminal Record Check required.
• 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
• Previous kitchen experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurate cooking and presentation to spec.
• Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
• Keep your workstation clean and organised.
• Contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
