The Salisbury Arms Hotel in Hertford is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join a historic, family-run venue where guests come first and quality matters. You will support chefs, assist with prep, and help maintain a clean, orderly kitchen in a busy town hub.

The Salisbury Arms Hotel is set in an iconic 18th-century building in the centre of the historic town of Hertford, this traditional hotel has undergone a transformational refurbishment. Key Responsibilities of a Kitchen Assistant

• Assist in setting up and closing down the kitchen ready for service or the next trading session

Under 18 £10.59 per hour £8.85 + average tronc £1.74(based on Tronc paid out May/June 2025)

18-20 £11.79 per hour £10.05 + average tronc £1.74(based on Tronc paid out May/June 2025)

21+ £14 per hour £12.26 + average tronc £1.74(based on Tronc paid out May/June 2025)
