Job summary

CH&CO is seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant in Halifax for a part-time role (25.75 hours per week). You’ll be the heart of our operation, helping deliver quality meals and uphold brand standards while enjoying opportunities to progress within a company that values people and recognises effort.

You’ll work weekdays with full-time days pattern, maintain cleanliness, assist with deliveries as needed, and represent CH&CO with a positive image.

Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding areas
• Ensuring the correct use of all machinery and equipment
• Assisting with the loading or unloading of deliveries and supply vehicles
• Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image
• Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health & Safety regulations
• Demonstrate an ability to manage pressure, prioritise tasks and communicate effectively at all levels
• Be an excellent team player
• Have a committed and organised approach

We're looking for a motivated and passionate Kitchen Assistant who will be the heart of our operation for CH&CO on a part time basis, contracted to 25.75 hours per week. Here’s an idea of what your shift patterns will be: Mon-Fri (Full Time Days) Please note: This role is contracted to 42.6 weeks per year
