Job summary

Lounges are busy, fast-moving places where the team makes the difference. Lounge Café Bars is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to help keep the kitchen clean, assist with prep, and support the chefs so that freshly cooked food goes out on time, every time.

This role offers hourly pay with tips, a flexible schedule, a free meal on every shift, 50% off food and drinks from day one, and opportunities to learn through short training courses as part of a growing hospitality group.

Responsibilities

• Keep the kitchen clean, tidy and well organised throughout the day.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across kitchen areas, equipment and washing up.
• Support the chefs with food prep during service and prep time.
• Follow food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times.
• Stick to Lounge kitchen processes and equipment guides.
• Work as part of one team to deliver a brilliant customer experience.
