Prezzo Italian is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to back our chefs and keep the kitchen running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll help with chopping, prepping, cleaning, and plating to maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or hospitality is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support our chefs with food prep and presentation.
• Keep kitchen areas spotless and hygienic.
• Receive and store deliveries, maintaining freshness.
• Support kitchen team with guest feedback when needed.
• Operate dishwashing equipment and manage waste responsibly.
• Communicate clearly with chefs and front-of-house teams.
• Support teammates during busy periods and contribute to a positive workplace.
• Be open to feedback and learn new skills on shift.
