Job summary

Greene King is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy kitchen, keeping the area stocked, clean and ready for service. You’ll play a key part in helping the team deliver great dishes for our customers.

You’ll help maintain hygiene and safety in the kitchen, communicate clearly with colleagues, and seize opportunities to learn and develop your skills through our apprenticeship programmes across our well-known brands.

Qualifications

• A positive can-do attitude to support your team.
• A passion for challenges and thriving in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and expand your skills in the kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.
