Chef & Brewer, a collection of unique country-style pubs across the country, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy kitchen. You will help keep stock topped up, ensure a clean, safe working environment, and assist the team in delivering great meals for customers.

You will learn about hygiene, safety and allergen controls, communicate clearly with colleagues, and bring a positive attitude to a fast-paced service.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
• A passion for challenges and thriving in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and expand your skills in the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
