Flaming Grill is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy kitchen, ensuring orders are prepared to spec and on time. You will work alongside the Kitchen Manager and Team Leaders to keep a clean, well-stocked area and maintain high hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates are eager to learn, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and communicate clearly with the team to ensure everyone has what they need for smooth service.

Qualifications

• Cook to correct specifications using varied equipment.
• Keep kitchen well stocked and clean to support service.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards for the team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running a busy service on the kitchen line.
• Follow spec guides and instructions from Kitchen Manager and Team Leaders.
• Help with stock checks and cleanliness across the kitchen area.
• Support colleagues to create consistent dishes for customers.
