Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is hiring Kitchen Assistants for our in-store Restaurants. You will help prepare and present meals, maintain hygiene, and support the kitchen team to deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced food service environments.
• Knowledge of kitchen health, safety and hygiene rules.
• Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
• Relevant food safety qualifications would be ideal.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and presenting food in line with menu specification.
• Working proactively and supporting general kitchen duties.
• Working alongside the kitchen team to ensure meals are presented to a high standard and on time.
• Developing knowledge of dietary requirements and allergies.
