Etive House Care Home is looking for a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to join their team in Benderloch.

The home provides residential, dementia, respite and palliative care for up to sixty two residents, and the kitchen plays a central part in daily life.

This is a full time role, contracted to 39.33 hours a week, working day shifts.

The rate of pay is £12.21 per hour.

You will help prepare and serve meals to a high standard.

You will keep the kitchen clean, safe and well organised.

You will support stock rotation, safe food storage and delivery checks.

You will follow food safety and health and safety guidelines.

You will work with the wider care and catering team to ensure residents receive a positive dining experience.

The role suits someone reliable, organised and comfortable working in a busy kitchen.

A basic understanding of food hygiene is helpful, but full training can be provided.

Previous experience is welcome but not essential.
