About the Role

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen Assistant cum Driver to support our food production and delivery operations. This dual role combines kitchen support duties with safe and timely transport of food, ingredients, and supplies between our factory and clients.

You’ll play an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining hygiene, and upholding our company’s standards.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen Duties

• Assist with basic food preparation and packaging activities under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen and production areas.
• Wash utensils, trays, and equipment in line with hygiene standards.
• Support stock handling, receiving, and storage (dry, chilled, frozen).
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP requirements.

Driving & Logistics Duties

• Safely transport food, ingredients, and materials between sites or to clients.
• Load, secure, and unload goods carefully to prevent damage or contamination.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Complete delivery logs, temperature checks, and documentation as required.
• Follow designated routes and schedules, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Report any incidents, delays, or vehicle issues promptly.

What We’re Looking For
