Center Parcs’ Dozing Duck in Sherwood Forest is seeking a Kitchen Assistant/Commis Chef to help prepare and present quality dishes in a tranquil forest setting. You’ll join a friendly team, receive full training, and be part of a role that offers progression and supportive development.

The position is full-time with a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over 4 weeks, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, in a busy kitchen environment. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.

We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Dosing Duckteam. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.
