Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help keep our busy kitchen running smoothly. You'll ensure stock levels are maintained, cleanliness is high, and the team has everything they need to deliver great meals.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, follow hygiene and allergen controls, communicate clearly with colleagues, and contribute to a welcoming, safe, and efficient kitchen that supports our customers and brand.

Qualifications

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.
• A passion for challenges and thriving in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and expand your skills in the kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
