The Rose & Crown in Yealmpton is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team. You will help with food preparation, operate the dishwasher, and keep the kitchen clean, tidy and safe for service.

This entry-level role is ideal if you’re starting a career in a commercial kitchen and want hands-on training, flexible shifts, and the chance to work in a community pub near the South Hams countryside.

Job description

Set in the beautiful village of Yealmpton, The Rose & Crown is a much-loved pub with accommodation that’s renowned for its food, cosy interior, and suntrap walled garden.

You’ll be working in the South Hams, largely an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, which is abundant with magnificent scenery. You’ll find breathtaking beaches, quality local food, history, culture, and enchanting woodland all moments away.
