Job summary

Marston’s in the United Kingdom is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our busy kitchen team and help deliver hot, quality food for guests. You’ll be on hand to support the kitchen crew, ensuring cleanliness, organization and smooth service in a fast-paced pub setting.

You’ll have the chance to learn, progress toward a Commis Chef role through our internal DNA pathway, and benefit from a range of employee perks. Flexible and part-time hours are available to suit family or study commitments.

We’re on the lookout for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team!

Start your pub career in our buzzing kitchen!Be on hand to make every service that bit smoother. You’ll play a vital part of making sure our kitchen team have everything they need to produce great, hot quality food for our guests.

Our kitchen is where it’s at:Working with and supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, they’ll be plenty of new skills to pick up.

As a Kitchen Assistant you’ll:Be eager to learn and get stuck in, in an environment that’s fast paced with the opportunity to pick up plenty of new skills that can be used in our kitchen and at home.

• Have the opportunity to progress and learn the ropes of the Commis Chef role.
• Help to maintain high food and safety standards across the kitchen.
• Help to maintain that all kitchen areas remain cleanand clutter free
• Take pride in the food you prep and serve.
• Be committed to being a team player.
