Job summary

Hungry Horse is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support a busy pub kitchen, keeping stock, cleanliness and ensuring the team has everything needed to deliver great dishes for customers.

You will maintain hygiene standards, follow safety regulations and communicate clearly with the kitchen crew. Proficiency in English is essential to perform safely and understand allergen controls.

Job Description

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will…

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.
