Job Overview

Interaction Recruitment is currently recruiting Kitchen Assistants ideally with their own transport to join our catering team. We have number of temporary to permanent vacancies available in Corby / Oakham area.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monday to Friday or 5 days out of 7 days
• Hours of work vary, depending on your availability
• Contract for 20 or 35 hours per week
• Shifts might be a mixture of morning and afternoon shifts
• Part time and full time roles available
• Generous holiday allowance

• Salary: £12.50 - £13.10 per hour

Duties

• Working along catering team, helping with food preparation & deliveries
• Helping with loading & unloading meals and food supplies
• Providing excellent customer service
• Recording delivery information
• General kitchen duties, cleaning, stock taking

Ideal Candidate

• Catering or hospitality experience & basic food handling
• Able to communicate efficiently
• Attention to detail
• Have an Enhanced DBS however we will process a new one
• A can do attitude
• Have an ability to learn and work independently
• Be physically strong as heavy lifting will be involved
