Requirements:

About the role:

  • Assist the Chef in the performance and food production of the restaurant
  • Anticipate pressure points before they arise
  • Push production levels and profitability
  • Help organize mise en place, food preparation, and service
  • Work hard to achieve targets set by senior management
  • Help to plan and coordinate staff
  • Help to train, manage, and motivate staff
  • Support the Chef and Manager with their day-to-day duties

Job Details:

  • Full-time, permanent
  • Expected hours: 45–48 per week
  • Schedule: 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, holidays, Monday to Friday, weekend availability
