Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to help run a busy kitchen and support the team with stock, cleanliness and safety. You will play a key role in maintaining high hygiene standards and ensuring smooth service for customers.

We value a willingness to learn, a passion for fast-paced environments, and good English communication to help the team deliver great meals and experiences for guests across our pubs.

Qualifications

Job Description

As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play a key part in the kitchen ensuring a busy service runs smoothly. You’ll make sure everything is well stocked, clean, and the team around you have everything they need to create the perfect dish for our customers.

Qualifications

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will…

• Help the kitchen service run smoothly by making sure it is well stocked and clean.
• Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help guarantee the safety of your entire team and visitors.
• Communicate clearly with your team, ensuring they have everything they need.

• A passion for challenges and thriving in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and expand your skills in the kitchen.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.
