Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers PLC is recruiting a Kitchen Assistant for Harvester at Trentham Lakes. You will be responsible for setting up the kitchen for the day, keeping it clean during busy shifts, and supporting the chefs to deliver food you can be proud of.

Qualifications

• Kitchen or food service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a team during busy shifts.
• Willingness to follow hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up the kitchen at the start of each shift.
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy throughout service.
• Support chefs to prepare and portion dishes.
