Job summary

Prezzo Italian Norwich is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to help keep plates, pans and kit spotless and the kitchen running smoothly. You’ll support the chefs, help with basic prep when needed and contribute to a clean, safe, well organised workspace.

Experience isn’t essential—your attitude matters most. You’ll receive full training, work with a friendly team, and have opportunities to grow within Brava Hospitality Group’s family of brands.

The role

As a Kitchen Assistant at PrezzoItalian, you're the engine of the kitchen. You keep plates, pans and kitspotless, keep the kitchen safe and organised, and help the chefs whenever they need a hand. When you're on form, the whole kitchen flies.

What you'll be responsible for
