Job summary

Young's Pubs is looking for a friendly Kitchen Assistant to join the Old Manor team in Potters Bar. You will be trained and supported as part of a busy kitchen, helping to keep standards high and the area clean and welcoming for guests.

Qualifications

• We are looking for an existing Kitchen Assistant or someone starting their hospitality career with a passion to work within a reliable team that delivers high quality standards.
• We need hard-working and dedicated people behind the scenes to help our kitchens run smoothly and to ensure that they are always clean and tidy.

• Be an active hands-on person with a passion to work hard as part of a team
• Have high standards and a great work ethic
• Show willingness to learn new skills, be an active team player with excellent communication skills
• Be working alongside your kitchen team and will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to deliver top quality service
