Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in Manchester to support daily kitchen operations and help maintain a clean, efficient workspace. The role offers in-house training and exposure to a variety of restaurant environments within the group.

You’ll be encouraged to learn about food preparation, kitchen routines, and team collaboration, with opportunities for progression as part of our enthusiastic, client-focused teams.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience is advantageous but not required.
• Enthusiastic and eager to learn about food prep and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with kitchen prep and food assembly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen workspace.
• Support chefs and kitchen team during service.
