Whether you are new to the care sector or have experience, working within a BCG care home can be incredibly fulfilling. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the Kitchen team to serve delicious, well-balanced, and nutritious meals that our residents will love. Working collaboratively, you will help provide a high-quality food service while maintaining a clean and safe environment in line with EHO regulations. This role offers plenty of opportunities to build relationships with our residents and develop your skills.
As a Kitchen Assistant at BCG, you will be dedicated to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and will be eager to assist during the food preparation process. You should approach your work with reliability, consideration, and care. Formal qualifications are not required as training will be provided, although any experience in a commercial or care setting would be beneficial.
