Las Iguanas Livingston is looking for a Kitchen Assistant to support the kitchen team with food preparation, maintain clean and organised work areas, and help ensure smooth service during busy shifts. This hands-on, energetic role values teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced kitchen.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in food preparation – Work with the team to prepare , starters, and desserts to company standards.
• Help with stock rotation – Assist in unloading deliveries and ensuring everything is stored correctly.
• Support the chefs – Keep the kitchen running smoothly by cleaning and sanitising all prep areas.
